MP3 Section of the web - updated 05/03/2005

[1]   Tony McKenzie

[a] Never Going Back (Outtake)

Here's a section of Tony's older recordings in mp3 format - check them out and see for yourself how his style has REALLY changed over the years

1983 sessions - Future/Past This was written when Tony played Lead Guitar in a band called Hammerhead - a rock band of course. Tony Mckenzie used a Les Paul and Fender Twin on this 7.5 Min track - check it out it's as fresh as the day it was recorded - mp3 only. Dedicated to Mark Evans. Lyrics by Mark Evans. Full Version.

1992 sessions
- Fusion  This track was written in 1992 and shows some of Tony's influences over the years - check it out -it's different...  mp3 only. Full Version.

Voices  This track is included on the Future/Past album and shows Tony's Santana influence on his music at that time - the guitar was a PRS through a Boogie Mk III. Full Version.

The Devil   This track was actually written in 1981/2 and was played with Hammerhead at that time - it was VERY loud and distorted but the feel of the track was classic Tony McKenzie. This version was actually recorded in 1992 in those sessions and the singer (believe it or not) came from next door, we don't even know his name. The original singer (Mark Evans) had a really growling voice and suited the track completely. Lyrics by Mark Evans.  Full Version.

There will be material which has never been released before on these pages ( but copyright still exists on all material ) so why not set up your machine to play this software - it's invaluable also for other sites - mp3 now available on site.

The Real Player is really a multi media product and can play video clips as well as Real Audio over the web. We will be introducing some sequences of Tony McKenzie, Big Dan and others in concert as this web expands.
